In order to manage limited parking areas, Raleigh Court Townhomes has established the following policy and procedures. Sunrise Luxury Apartments may designate, by markings and/or signs, allowable uses for the space in the lots. Designations may include, but are not limited to, TENANT PARKING, VISITOR PARKING, STAFF PARKING, HANDICAP PARKING, NO PARKING , etc. Any space not otherwise marked is hereby designated for TENANT PARKING only.

Pet Policy

Animals are only allowed with prior authorization fro management. The community maintains a 2 animal per unit policy. Residents with pets must first sign a pet agreement with management. All animals abide by the following rules: (a) outdoor droppings of animals must be cleaned and removed immediately by the Resident., (b) animals must be leashed when in common areas of the community, (d) the Resident is responsible for any damage to the community or individual rental units caused by the Resident's animal. All animals must be over 2 years of age.
